How do I add clients to my account?

Onboarding clients

Getting clients onto your Kahunas account is super easy. Here’s how:

1. Add Clients Manually

• Head over to the Clients tab on the left sidebar, then hit New.

• Fill in their info, and Kahunas will send them an email with a link to:

• Set up their password

• Pay for the package you’ve assigned

• Download the app so they’re ready to roll!

2. Share Package Links

• Go to Packages on the sidebar, then click Links to copy a direct link.

• Post this link on social media, email, or anywhere your potential clients hang out! When they click, they’ll see all the packages you offer and can sign up without any extra steps from you.

3. Once They’re In

• As soon as a client purchases a package, you’ll get a notification. From there, just log in to assign their plans and forms, so they’re set up for success!
