1. Open the client’s profile and click “Edit.”
2. Assign them a new package.
3. Look for the “Does this client need to pay?” option and switch it to “No.”
4. Save your changes.
These steps will restore your client's access. Please note that in order for this to take effect, you need to switch your client to a completely different package.
