How to Reactivate Offline and Online Payment Clients in Kahunas
Getting a client back into training should be as easy as possible, whether they pay offline or through Kahunas platform. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to bring clients back, whether they took a short break or just needed some time off. Let’s get them back on track.
When a client on an offline payment plan decides to take a break, their membership will be deactivated. By following the below few steps you will have your client back online ready to start training.
Head into your client dashboard to view all clients, click into the Archived clients to locate your deactivated client who is looking to return.
Once located all your need to do is use the Actions button located at the side of your clients profile to load the menu and hit Reactivate.
That’s it – they’re back in action! No package edits needed, unless you are wanting to amend the package you wish your client to now subscribe to
Pro Tip: Make sure to welcome them back and maybe even share a quick motivational message. It’s the little things that count.
