Ready to bring your client back on board? Here’s how to get them reactivated in just a few simple steps:
If the clients payment method is set to Online payment, all the client needs to do is login with their original credentials and pay for their new subscription with you.
If the clients payment method is set to Offline payment.
1. Go to Client Dashboard click into Archived Clients
2. Click Next Actions and select Reactivate.
After completing these steps, your client's access will be restored.
