It is part of Apple's terms and conditions, to own your own app in the app store, you need to have an Apple developer account.
They charge $99 a year for the app/developer account and you would need this for us to upload your app.
Once you have your Apple developer account we can create and upload the app to you.
Your subscription to Kahunas continues as normal.
The $99 is an additional cost that Apple has implemented for you to have your own app in the app store.
