Ready to take your business to the next level with your very own branded app? Let’s make it happen! This guide will walk you through everything step-by-step. It’s super simple, and we’re here to help if you need it.💪🏻
Are You Eligible?
This feature is available for Pro, Business, and Ultimate package users. If you’re not on one of these packages yet, no worries! Here’s what to do:
Go to the left sidebar of your dashboard and click My App.
You’ll see an option to upgrade your package. Once you upgrade, you’re all set to get started!
Step 1: Let’s Get Started!
1. Head over to My App in the left sidebar.
2. Click the shiny Let’s Get Started button.
3. Boom! You’re now on your way to creating your app.
Step 2: Branding Your App
This is where the magic happens—making your app look and feel uniquely you. Here’s what to do:
Name Your App
• Enter your app’s name (this is required to move forward).
• Keep it simple, memorable, and reflective of your brand.
Write a Description
• Add a short description that will appear on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Upload Your Logo
• Format: JPEG or PNG
• Max Size: 9 MB
• You can crop or resize your logo directly in the editor. (Changed your mind? No problem! Just hit the X button and upload a new one.)
Pick Your Branding Colors
• Choose the colors for your app’s buttons and icons.
• Toggle between Light Mode and Dark Mode to preview your design.
Done? Great! Let’s move on.
Step 3: Preview & Finalize
Time to review your masterpiece! Check out how your app will look to the world. If something feels off, adjust it now so your brand can make the best first impression.
Step 4: Set Up Payments
This step is all about fulfilling Apple’s formal requirements. Don’t worry—it’s straightforward and purely procedural!
1. Select a placeholder package (e.g., Pro, Business, or Ultimate).
• These packages are just a formality for Apple. You won’t actually use them with your clients.
2. Enter the placeholder payment details:
• Example: $99/month or another value Apple requires.
• Specify whether the payment is monthly or yearly.
Note: This step is only to satisfy Apple’s policies. You’re not paying anything additional here, nor are these placeholder packages tied to your actual business operations.
Step 5: Apple Developer Account
You’re almost there! To publish your app, you’ll need an Apple Developer Account. Here’s how to set it up:
Follow the demo link provided to create your account.
Pay the $99 annual fee directly to Apple.
Enter your Entity Name and Team ID.
Invite our team as admins (instructions in the demo link).
Easy, right? Let’s keep going!
Step 6: Google Developer Account
Now for your Google Developer Account:
Follow the provided demo link.
Make sure you have your DUNS Number (this is required by Google).
Pay the $25 one-time fee directly to Google.
Enter your Account Name and Account ID.
You’re almost done!
Step 7: Submit & Go Live
1. Once you’ve completed both Apple and Google setups, submit your app for review.
2. Your app will go live within 30 days (after we check everything is set up correctly).
Pro Tip: While your app is under review, you can still tweak your logo, branding colors, and other design elements. Keep refreshing your dashboard to see the latest status.
