What is Automations?
Automations let you set up notifications for your clients. These could be email, push, or chat notifications, triggered by specific actions like new client onboarding, workout plan updates, or check-in reminders.

Accessing Automations
By default, automations are disabled. To enable, go to Automations on the left-hand side, there you'll see the list of triggers, click Actions, then Edit.
Choose the notification type: Select between email, push, or chat notifications.
Personalize your message: You can use the following short-codes to personalize your messages using your contacts first name [FIRST_NAME] and last name [LAST_NAME]
Schedule the notification: Set the timing — immediately, after an hour, or even a week later.
Test Your Message: Use the “Send Test” feature to preview how notifications will appear.
How to maximize client engagement with Kahunas Automations?
Automations in Kahunas let you stay connected with clients effortlessly. Here’s how each trigger can enhance their experience:
New Client Created: Send a warm welcome message to new clients to make them feel part of your community.
Example: “Hey [FIRST_NAME] , welcome aboard! Let’s crush those goals together!”
Welcome New Clients: Set up a friendly welcome message for new clients, giving them a warm introduction to your coaching approach and setting the tone for an amazing journey.
Example: “Awesome job on completing your check-in, [FIRST_NAME] ! Keep up the great work!”
Nutrition Plan Added to Your Client: Notify clients when a new nutrition plan is available, so they know to check it out.
Example: “[FIRST_NAME] , your nutrition plan is ready! Log in to see the details and let’s fuel your success!
Client Completes Initial Q&A Form: Send a thank-you message to let them know you received their responses and will use the info to personalize their plan.
Example: “Thanks, [FIRST_NAME] , for filling out the Q&A form! I’ll use this information to create a program that is tailored to your goals.”
Workout Plan Added to Your Client: Inform clients when their workout plan is ready, so they know what to expect in their next session.
Example: “[FIRST_NAME] , your workout plan is live! Can’t wait to see you take it on!”
Workout Plan Updated: Alert clients about updates to their workout plan, showing them that their progress is being actively monitored.
Example: “[FIRST_NAME], your workout plan just got an update! Ready to crush your next session?”
Nutrition Plan Updated:Notify clients of any changes to their nutrition plan, so they stay aligned with their goals.
Example: “[Client’s Name], your nutrition plan has been fine-tuned for even better results. Check it out to see what’s new!”
Client Misses a Check-In: Send a gentle reminder or encouragement if a client misses a check-in to keep them accountable.
Example: “Seems like you missed your check-in! Let me know how things are going, and let’s keep you on track.”
Client’s Birthday: Send a celebratory message to acknowledge their special day and make them feel valued.
Example: “Happy Birthday, [Client’s Name]! 🎉 Here’s to another year of health, happiness, and reaching new goals!”
Supplement Plan Updated: Let clients know when there are changes to their supplement plan to keep them in the loop on their regimen.
Example: “[Client’s Name], there's been updates to your supplement plan.💊 Check it out now!”
Enabling/Disabling Automations
Once configured, save the automation and toggle it on. Your clients will start receiving notifications as per the set trigger.
