How to connect wearables? (iOS and Android)

Here’s a quick guide on how to sync your wearables on Kahunas!

Note: Kahunas supports any wearable device (smart rings, smart watches..etc.) that can be integrated with Apple Health and Google Health Connect

For Clients (iOS):

1. Ensure your app is updated. A pop-up will prompt you to connect your wearables—click Continue.

If you need to connect later or if you didn't get a pop-up, go to My Account > Settings > Tap + Connect.

2. When prompted, toggle Turn On All to give Kahunas access to Apple Health.

For Clients (Android):

1. Make sure your app is up to date. A pop-up will prompt you to connect your wearables—just hit Continue

If you need to connect later or if you didn't get a pop-up, go to My Account > Settings > Tap + Connect.

2. You’ll be asked to allow Kahunas access to Health Connect. Toggle Allow All and you’re good to go!

For Coaches:

To receive wearable data from your clients:

1. Create a new check-in form and select the metrics you want to track.

2. Reassign the form to your clients.

Once set up, data will sync automatically to your clients’ check-in forms.

• Distance (Walking/Running)

• Flights Climbed

• Sleep Time
