When uploading client data onto Kahunas, please make sure to follow these formatting guidelines:
• First Name: No numbers or special characters (e.g., ‘John’).
• Email: Valid format, such as ‘user@domain.com’.
• Birthdate: Use DD/MM/YYYY (e.g., 29/07/1995).
• Phone Number: Numeric only, without letters or special characters.
• Weight Measurement: Use ‘kg’ or ‘lbs’.
Each field in the CSV must be correctly formatted for the system to accept the data during the upload process.
