• Click on “Clients” on the left sidebar, then select “All Clients”.
• At the top, you’ll see key highlights:
• New clients.
• Deactivated clients.
• New check-ins.
• Messages.
• Clients renewing in the next 7 days.
2. Viewing Client Details:
• Each client is listed with their details (e.g., Bruce Wayne).
• If no package is assigned or if the client is set to offline payment (e.g., they pay you directly), it will be indicated here.
• A progress bar shows how far they’ve progressed through their subscription.
3. Client Dashboard:
• Click on a client’s name to view their dashboard.
• Access client details such as last activity, package, total weeks with you, starting and current weight.
• Wellbeing scores (e.g., sleep, stress, anxiety) are generated from wearables and daily activity data.
• Psychometric-backed indicators show current states vs. previous ones, helping you monitor changes.
• Use this info to message clients if their wellbeing scores indicate increased stress or anxiety.
4. Activity Log:
• View the log of all client activities (e.g., workouts, updates).
• Add private notes, visible only to you.
• Metrics from check-ins or daily habits will appear here, and you can view progress graphs.
5. Check-Ins:
• Click on a check-in to see detailed ratings, photos, and other info.
• Compare check-ins side by side by selecting “Compare with previous”.
• Compare nutrition plans or workout programs from different periods.
6. Messaging:
• Reply to check-ins or messages directly through the chat box.
• Messages are organized into threads to keep conversations on specific topics separated.
• Typing indicators and read receipts are included for real-time communication.
7. Gallery:
• View and compare photos from client check-ins side by side.
• This feature is available both in the dashboard and the app.
8. Client Information:
• View and edit the client’s nutrition plan, supplements, and workout programs directly from their dashboard.
• Assign up to five different workout programs per client for more flexibility (e.g., for vacations with different equipment).
9. Calendar:
• View the client’s schedule and any requests (e.g., booking a call).
• Approve or deny requests based on your availability.
• Add events or schedule training blocks with associated workout programs.
10. Daily Habits:
• Monitor daily habits such as walking, meditation, or step goals.
• View habits across the week and track weekly averages (e.g., daily weigh-ins).
11. Nutrition Log:
• See all logged food entries from your clients.
• Highlight discrepancies in calorie or macro adherence.
12. Billing:
• Review the client’s billing details, including their subscription and payment plan.
13. Setting Goals:
• Use the “Goal” feature to add motivational targets for your clients (e.g., preparing for a holiday or wedding).
• Enable countdowns that appear in the app, reminding the client of their goal deadline each time they log in.
14. Additional Features:
• Use the top-right icons to edit client details or access messaging options.
