My clients can’t log their food. What should I do?

How to allow clients to log their food

If your clients are unable to log their food, follow these steps:

1. Check the Nutrition Logger: Ensure that the nutrition logger is enabled for your account.

2. Enable the Feature:

• Go to the Configuration section.

• Click on the General Settings tab.

• Toggle the Nutrition Logger option to On.

Once enabled, your clients should be able to log their food without any issues.
