When a client misses a payment, their access to the app is temporarily restricted. If they try to log in, they’ll be prompted to contact you as their coach.
To regain access, the client simply needs to log in via the Kahunas website, where they’ll be prompted to complete their payment.
If you’d prefer to give them temporary access in the meantime, you can do that on your end by:
Clicking “Actions” next to their name
Selecting “Edit”
Switching the setting to “No, they don’t need to pay”
Once they’re ready to make the payment, you can switch this setting back to require payment again.
