Yes, we have upgraded the workout builder so now you can create supersets and circuits.
You can also create exercises and set the exercise type to time, sets and reps, distance, and Calories.
You can change other factors as well, like RIR, RPE, intensity, and tempo, and have combinations like Time and reps which will allow you to create EMOMs.
