You can change and reset the client's initial Q&A, this will delete the client's previous entries, but don't worry, you can download a copy of the previously answered Q&A.
To download or reset the client's initial Q&A, go to your client's profile, click on the Q&A tab and you will find buttons to reset or download the Q&A.
