Yes, when adding custom fields in the daily habits form, you can choose the type of answer to be "Short answer, metric, rating out of 10, habit, radio, checkbox"
Short answer means the client can type text.
Metric is a number that will produce a graph so you can see progress over time.
Rating out of 10 will produce a graph as well. You can also set a maximum/minimum desired rating where if the client answers with a rating above/below the maximum/minimum desired rating, you get to receive an email notification and the answer will be highlighted in red when reviewing the client's daily habits.
Habit will allow the client to tick a box indicating that they adhered to the specified habit, or tick a cross indicating they didn't adhere to it.
Radio and Checkbox are multiple-choice questions where you can type what the choices are going to be. For radio, the client will only be able to choose one option. For checkbox, the client will be able to tick multiple choices.
