On your client's dashboard, on the right-hand side. Click on the first blue chart icon. There you will find all the fields in the daily habits and check-in form where the clients answered with a metric or a rating.
When you click on the weight chart you have the option of selecting all time, year, month, or week. For each period you are viewing, you will see the start, end, average, and current values.
