If your clients are set to “pay offline,” it simply means they’re paying you outside Kahunas (e.g., cash, bank transfer, etc.).
If you’d like to start collecting payments directly through Kahunas, you’ll first need to connect your account to either PayPal or Stripe.
Once that’s set up, you can:
Go to Clients > All Clients
Select the client you want to update and click Edit
Scroll down, click Next, and assign them a payment plan/package
Set “Does this client need to pay?” to Yes
After this, the client won’t be able to access the app until they complete their payment via the Kahunas website—they’ll be prompted automatically when they log in.
Alternatively, you can manually send them a payment link:
Click Actions next to the client’s name
Select Send Payment Link, and they’ll receive it via email
